These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of drymiami.com and the services provided by DryMiami LLC ("DryMiami," "we," "us"). By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
DryMiami provides mold inspection, remediation, moisture control, and related indoor air quality services in South Florida. Information on the website is for general purposes; the scope, pricing, and timing of any work are defined in a written estimate or agreement provided after an inspection.
2. Bookings & Estimates
- Submitting a request or booking an inspection does not create a binding service contract; it is a request that we will confirm.
- On-site estimate visits carry a $79 visit fee, payable at the visit and credited in full toward the work if you hire us. The visit is to scope and quote remediation work; it is not a mold assessment and does not include sampling, lab analysis or a written report. Any work proceeds only after you approve a written estimate.
- You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to the property.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment using the link in your confirmation or by contacting us. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to other customers.
4. Communications Consent
By providing your contact details, you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, and email regarding your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results can depend on factors outside our control, including hidden conditions and ongoing moisture sources.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DryMiami is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our liability for services is governed by the written service agreement for that work.
7. Intellectual Property
The DryMiami name, logo, and website content are owned by DryMiami LLC and may not be used without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
