$79, paid at the visit and credited in full toward your job if you hire us.
Included
- A walkthrough of the affected rooms with a technician
- Moisture readings to find where the water is coming from
- The size and scope of what needs to be removed
- A written estimate for the remediation work
Not included
- Mold testing, air sampling or lab analysis
- A written mold assessment report
- Reports for a landlord, a sale or a legal claim
- Those are done by an independent licensed mold assessor
